Nikita Kapur MS, RDN, CDN, CLT believes in taking a comprehensive whole food approach to nutrition. She listens attentively to patients by first seeking to understand her patient’s needs and seeks to understand how a patient’s cultural background influences their health and values. Her fluency in both English and Hindi makes her accessible to patients from varying backgrounds.
Nikita has extensive experience in weight management nutrition, bariatric nutrition, digestive/food intolerance/food allergies nutrition, eating disorders, maternal nutrition and general wellness nutrition.
Nikita received degrees from the University of California at Davis and Tufts University and completed her internship in clinical nutrition at Tufts University.
