Offering Relaxation massage, sports, and trigger point therapy.
Client is explained intent of the session, and encouraged to communicate any concerns, additional attention, or discomforts to be adjusted to provide a custom treatment that brings best results within clients preferences. Many times clients think they are to just accept whatever the practitioner is doing but the client should understand that any discomfort during session does not have to be tolerated and should inform the therapist if pressure, technique, or areas worked need more or less attention or to not work on the area at all. The session is intended to be therapeutic in regards to both comfort preference and end result expected at treatment end.
