UR Well at Maplewood YMCA offers primary care services completely free of charge, with no insurance requirement. You do not need to be a YMCA member in order to visit UR Well. Please use the "Schedule now" button on the right to schedule an appointment.

Physical exams (including work physicals)
Referrals to primary care, dentists, social work, and more.
Health education and preventative medicine
Spanish-speaking care
PPD tests
Flu Vaccines
To take home: Pregnancy tests, condoms, contraceptive information
Services Not Offered:
No pediatrics. Must be 18 years old+
We do not give prescriptions for opioids or benzodiazepines
We do not offer vaccinations other than the Flu Shot
We do not have urine pregnancy tests or urine analysis tests
We do not provide pregnancy (OB) care
