Dr. James Yao was born in Taiwan and grew up in San Francisco. He is a proud Cal alumni, completing his bachelor's degree in Integrative Biology and Optometry degree at UC Berkeley.
Dr. Yao enjoys educating patients about their eyes and fitting contact lenses.
Outside the office, Dr. Yao loves following the Golden State Warriors and spending time with his wife and two sons.
