If you already keep track of your patients in other systems, you have a way to import this data into DocMeIn in one simple step. Just download our spreadsheet template and populate it with your data, then upload the file to us and, voila, all your patients are in DocMeIn. They will even receive their recalls from DocMeIn when they are due for their next routine appointment. Many of our users start with this step and, next thing they know, up to a half of their patients gets recall emails and schedules their appointments through us. It works like magic -- we encourage you to try it.

When you want your data back, just download it. The exported data is in the same CSV format as the import file. If you need to, you can even edit it in your favorite spreadsheet software and upload your changes back to DocMeIn or simply import into another system.
